The hotel provides modern facilities as advertised. i liked the temperature control in my room. Other hotels often regulate this centrally. it was nice returning each day to a freshly made bed after exploring. i appreciated the free street parking. Paid parking was unnecessary.
the staff seemed a bit reserved, not as warm or friendly as i've experienced at other hotels.

the hotel restaurant has delicious food and great service. the all-inclusive breakfast had a pay-as-you-go option if you prefer ordering off the menu. the pool terrace is open all day and serves excellent food too!!!

The room was large and the bed was comfy. they provided a bowl and treats. It was a nice touch for my dog. the location worked well. A bus stop was just a short walk away.
The staff was rude even before the trip. i wanted to extend our stay, but it was difficult. the pool hours were limited. I prefer an early swim before sightseeing. dirty dishes from neighboring rooms sat near the door all day.

Fantastic Stay in Quiet Area

The room was large and bright I appreciated the comfortable bed. The walk-in shower was great I also found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The hotel offered indoor parking which was secure and convenient the outdoor seating area was nice.
The restaurant was closed on Sunday evenings This was disappointing because I wanted to eat there. I had to settle for bar snacks, they were cold when they arrived.

the location provided good access to public transport. it suited my needs for getting around the city.
the staff seemed disengaged. there was a distinct lack of warmth or friendliness. i needed a toothbrush and had to go to reception to get one. that is not really expected at a hotel of this supposed class. the experience did not align with the price point.
